While the Ahrens family was founded in 2005, Baseline\/BassCamp was founded in 2022, in Sheridan, Wyo.<\/p>\n

Baseline – The Brand<\/h3>\n

\"\"We founded Baseline Studios in 2010 as brand for private music lessons and custom band and choir arrangements. We used the name “Baseline” because our house backed up to Baseline Road and we liked the musical connotation.<\/p>\n

What BASELINE means to us:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. A focus on fundamental skills to achieve long-term excellence. Find your BASELINE.<\/li>\n
  2. The function of the<\/em> fundamental. Susie plays and teaches tuba. The bass line supports the melody and harmony as we strive to support local musicians & music programs through BASELINE.<\/li>\n
  3. A vision for the future. A baseline is a starting point. It is a reference or measurement to compare later achievement against. BASELINE is not a finished product but a transformative journey. We set goals and reflect on progress made.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    Baseline\/bassCamp<\/h3>\n

    BassCamp is our home and our business. We offer music lessons on site. We write music. We grow food and raise animals. Much more will come as we develop the property. We hope to offer a video glimpse into our adventure as things move along.<\/p>\n

    So why not Base Camp? As previously mentioned, the name came from a street we lived on at one time. It wasn’t Bassline, but Baseline. We adopted the less-than-musical spelling to be different. When we decided that our homestead site would be called BassCamp – again flipping the traditional spelling, but also giving a nod to the tuba.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
